id look into that as if they are doing a partnership using MSGI nasa technology for solar why would they want to do the same thing in 2 seperate companies??? would it make sense to merge all into MSGI Energy ? and roll it all up utilizing MSGI nasa technology. benefiting from MSGI better solar technology! it might make sense and thats how i assume msgi gets to NASDAQ just a educated guess & opinion!
