I think you nailed it. If they got a real offer, it's probably not .01, only considerably higher from market price and the BOD agreed on a price of .01 . The PR is perfectly worded, it's us, the common share holders that are reading a lot more than offered on the pr. I'm in with a small amount, if it strikes , great if it doesn't...it wouldn't the first time I lose. Good luck to all and try to invest money with the idea that you can actually lose it all. Whether it's a real deal or a scam, they definitely walked down the price today , but imo, they'll still play with the price next week.
