I completely dislike different levels of claims. From Senior down to Jr to Pref to Common...

It's TOTAL B.S. That DEBT CONTROLS Equity like it does.
It shouldn't.

It's because of EQUITY (INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERINGS) that there is even a company or a LARGE company to sell/offer bonds for.


Without Equity in the first place these companies wouldn't exist,,,, or at least not in their immense form.


EVERYONE SHOULD GET A FRIGGGGGGGGGGGGGIN HEALTHY PIECE OF ANY RECOVERY.


I ABSOLUTELY DISAGREE WITH THE ENTIRE FABRIC OF OUR FINANCIAL STRUCTURE!
