Well we have VOD with the cable. Played some things and it was ok. The PVR cannot record those programs though.

Problem with all these technologies - you are forced to use an external box. To use with your computer, you are forced to use SVIDEO or COMP IN and then find the remote and manually switch. Would be nice if they came up with some inline stuff.
