the question is : has there ever been a re-listing of a de-listed for non-compliance company and if so where is the list to compare CADD with to detemine the likelihood of it even being feasable or the average time it may take. i seem to remember over $150,000 needed to fix the paperwork and that was if they could untangle and find the necessary paperwok the previous headhauncho supposedly trashed/lost/misplaced/dog ate. even if Taylor is being straight with us he may simply be unable to perform the needed requirements to be re-listed as CADD. there must be some legal way for them to reformulate the company under a new name ,take back the CADD stock and trade them for the new company stock if Taylor is acting in good faith. there is a reason con-artists skip out instead of staying where they can be found and it isn't the 3-5yr jail term they may get. that's why i tend to think Taylor is trying to do the right thing. why even talk to any of us if nothing is being done -even if it is ever so slowly.i don't see knuckle cracking helping any.
