If our congress ramrods this through, by using the slaughter rule to "deem" this as passed there's going to be a huge constitutional crisis. Such a move is wholly unconstitutional and right now there are 36 states attorney generals and governors ready to file suit on those grounds. this thing is going to be more of amess than it already is...

Anyway, back to BioTech Values.
