not only is a merger with transformation enzymes speculative... but a merger in itself is speculative...there has been no filings as such yet to date...only thing ive seen concrete so far is that ken looney is now the newly appointed chairman and president of STMC and he is also president of transformation enzymes a private company...and they both have the same mailing address...or am i missing something?
