There is nothing illegal going on. Look at this previous post of mine and read the last paragraph. I got that right off the sec website. When you read it you will see how much grey area it leaves for the issuing of stocks and the accountability and timing as to what is published and when. Also, I put my request into the T/A for "Written" documentation on the share structure last week. I have not received it yet. And the gal there was reluctant to send it to me.

Who the broker or brokers are be it broker X,Y or Z is absolutely no help or consequence here. What, even if Mark told us what broker he uses it would not tell us any more.

Besides where is the money coning from for these capital expenitures.
Please tell me where the money came from for the overhaul of the mill.
Please tell me where the money came from for the up grades. Please someone tell me where the money came from to pay the payroll all these months.
Please someone tell me where the money came from to buy the materials and fuel and etc to start up operations.
Please someone tell me where the money came from to keep the lights on.

Please I beseech someone to tell me. That is a lot of money. Where did it and where does it come from to continue operations.

No I don't know who exactly the broker is. And whover they have selling them into the market is doing a good job. But that is irrelevant. The shares are not just randomly thrown out into the market at market price. And the company is building their war chest with some good working capital.
That 350 mil shares they we are going to sell into the market. Well they have already been sold into the market. The shares that are being sold into the market now are the next 250mil or 350 mil shares that we haven't been told about yet. We''ll hear about those shares after most of them are sold.
And so far as the transfer agent goes. I mean come on. the company can put a gag on the T/A, like there isn't any grey area there.

There is no SRO that governs transfer agents. The rules include "minimum" performance standards regarding the issuance of new certificates and related recordkeeping and reporting rules, and the prompt and accurate creation of security holder records and the safeguarding of securities and funds.
