If/when Cape is acquired by DNPI, depending on the way that they do it, shareholders of Cape could still get very little compensation couldnt they?

If they issued a cash buyout of Capes stock and its trading at these dirt prices, shareholders would receive next to nothing for the shares that they've acquired and many people would be left with a much higher average.

Just trying to sort this out, it seems i shouldve been buying DNPI all along perhaps because they're going to want to buy Cape for as cheap as possible
