VARIOUS EXPLANATIONS

Below is yet another link that adds to my belief that, overall, metal matrix use and production is an area that will explode.

That is separate from the buyout issue. I think the theories re: white knights, reverse mergers, PIPE gone bad, and even scam have their merits.

The lack of objective information is concerning but, we are all in this to make money. Were it guaranteed to make me 0.01 per share on 10 April it would probably be available to me for ~0.01 right now.

Getting emotional and insulting other posters who are trying to reason this out is counterproductive. I like the spirit of the board today and am interested to see if this tone continues until the buyout issue is settled.
