I found out about Shipley leaving and being replaced... AND the new board of directors... AND the NEW TEMPORARY ADDRESS on Pink Sheets just yesterday!... I was going to post it but its already been done! Also the purchase of a company called Bio-Energy. I wonder whats up with that! I have a strong suspicion it's going to play a part, among other things, in possible future runs with this company.

Yes, it's good news! They didn't go bankrupt or dissolve... They've already disconnected Shipley and the board of directors and replaced them with different names... And a different address. All they need is a name and symbol change, and good PR, And who will ever know what happened at BCLE with Shipley in charge! Unless, of course, you do a lot of research!! This COULD be the start of a whole new game!! They've had unusually high volume lately... as little as it is!.. ha ha!.. with no PR. Somethings going on. Seriously considering buying a little more to help the average.
