I do not understand the technology, that is correct. But, I thought the article said Verizon and AT&T would not be using WiMax,they would use LTE , or whatever the abbreviation is. I also thought the article made it seem as though WiMax was not the superior technology but since the infastructure is already in place Clearwire is rolling it out because it can be done the fastest.

Im just trying to help my understanding of all of this, not trying to be annoying ;p
