Looks more like a "bull flag" to me. Forming since January.
taking a trend line along the tops of the declining price since January.(I use the weekly)

I am also watching the major trend line off the slightly rising bottoms (August, September, October of 2009) for a break of that trend.

Weekly indicators have burned off quite a bit with low decline in price from high.

Will the 21 ema support? We are close to a 50% retrace now.

Still need to break through the ~$17.50-18.30 level Silver. I am still thinking this will happen.
These areas Fib.17.50, then downtrend line @ ~18.30.

A continuing power up in silver price, coupled with increasing volume in ITRO will move us higher.
