lou it just makes sense.
They state their desire to get off pinks onto OTCBB.
Can`t happen at .0025.
Even the transfer agent told me HPON is not eligible for OTCBB.
And this is also why they have not issued financials.
They just dumped 500 million shares in 2 months,and have little receivables.
Why would they file??
It would send everyone running for the exits,not that they haven`t already.
