ustacud, just my view, but I was a "knock-off artist", so have some knowledge of why DnaPrint won't release statistical info. Now I never knocked of a "sample", but there were those that would, is why they disallow digital photography on major runways. :>) Buddy, this is all about the money. Redistribution the good ole capitalistic way. Two years ago he made statements concerning his capabilities, both to exactness and effectiveness. Merck knew this, I am sure, and no doubt talked w/ Dr. Tony Frudakis directly. offering a pitance, thinking they could starve him out. Well, to my thinking, they feel into their own pit. They are facing a possible $18 billion litigation, and having not set aside any money for this. More than 20% of their revenue stream, could be as high as 40%, will become vulnerable to "knock-off". I am sure that DnaPrint Genomics is being resoursive in their response, unlike myself who chose to be "politically incorrect", in that my opinion is not the option.
