IMO it smells like the buyback is currently going on. Last fall many knew there would be a peroid of time when things would seem doom and gloom, and that time has been here for months now. dbab is not going to buy all the shares up or everyone would know what was taking place, therefore Dean would have to pay more for the stock. You got to look at it as what would you do if you were him. If I was Dean this is how I would do it....

Wouldn't surprise me that the first meaty pr we get will tell us that 20% of the o/s has been retired...

Be patient folks, I'm still holding every share I bought....
