The pink sheets state there were:

Outstanding Shares
1,412,575,785 as of Sept 30, 2009

Now, according to the transfer agent on the pink sheets, who I just spoke with, the outstanding shares are... 10,541,701,906.

(Authorized shares 14 billion.)

This is what worries me. Why would people sell their shares if they were going to be good for a penny later, or even a halfpenny?

I'm not worried about who is buying, but rather the incredible amount of shares SELLING...

I am open to any and all feedback. Please tell me I am wrong!
