Something I just thought about in notification.

I was just thinking, more wondering, if the FDA would give out notice to a company while the stock is actively trading?

I was thinking it could be possible that someone within the company, upon hearing the news, could buy or sell their shares during regular hours if it was not halted already which could take advantage of the situation.

I would say if we do not hear anything here soon, then it will be after hours, and more likely after 8 PM or the early morning. If they do release news just after regular market closing and before 8 PM, then after hours trading maybe halted completely.
