so i ran into ken looney today... i just finished up a grueling 18 holes at the semi private houston mini golf putt putt course...and he and his buddies were...no im just kidding...but seriously has anyone ever asked him if he plans on clearing up the stop sign i.e. no information available on pinksheets. this here is a good read i just found about guidlines for otc companies...check it out http://www.otcmarkets.com/content/doc/ps/Disclosure/Guidelines/2.pdf
