Sorry - but you are just totally wrong. The new board members wouldn't have even agreed in the first (1st.) place to join up with SPKL unless they already knew just how successful and profitable SPKL was going to become. They have their reputations to think of. (IOW) THEY ARE NOT STUPID!! They would NOT have even THOUGHT about becoming board members of a "sinking ship".
