In my opinion, these are simply mm's playing their
games that enables them to short a stock so they may
cover what they have shorted--i.e.--over and over and
they like to keep the share price down, makes it easier. They let it go up, short it, collect on the
down side. I think they do this to many, many penny
stocks and do not care if it harms the value. JMHO.
