It is probably not a good idea to post hard dates on message boards, because these dates can easily be missed, especially for 10Q/K releases.

I also noticed your post, that I'm responding to, was yellow stickied to the top of the board, which I believe shouldn't have been because it makes it look like fact, when it was just a telephone conversation. I believe you had the conversation and was told this, but it doesn't make it fact.

I called Polaris yesterday and spoke with someone named Kuni Misawa who said he was the CEO. He was very friendly and helpful. I asked him about the financials being released and he said that they still need to be consolidated with the international financials and that they need to hire someone to do that still.

He told me that they are hoping to release the financials by the end of next week but he would know more in the next day or two. I asked him if it was possible that the financials would be delayed into April and he said that was a possibility but they are still aiming for end of month.

We spoke about other things and he seems very keen on increasing shareholder value.

This is my personal understanding of the conversation I had with Kuni Misawa.

I suggest that hard dates from phone conversations not be stickied at the top of the page as it can mislead investors as fact.

Since one or more people are saying financials are ready to be released, I wanted to provied details of my conversation.

All imo. GLTA.
