Different Website designer?

For any of you out there that do websites...i was just checking a bit.... looks like the new TV schedule is in a "iframe" as opposed to the normal HTML (previously they scanned a paper and put it on the website as a picture file)

this could indicate they have someone else doing the website. All their website is... is basically a blog template... which is super simplistic to do.. even for someone with limited web design skills...

the fact that they incorporated an iframe indicates either: a)the person doing the website has learned a new skill or b) they have someone else maintaining the website now
