Enjoy, I think the buyout is for the patents. Obviously, IF that patent is what they say it is, it will be monster revenue for the acquiring company.

Simply having patents doesn't mean jack. Lots of companies have patents, there's a zillion of them out there held by companies, as well as individuals. Sometimes it takes YEARS to get a patented product to come to fruition to where it is recognized as being viable, and then someone has to step up to buy it. Where it goes from there is up the acquiring company. That's something that really won't matter to the stockholders of this particular stock as the offer is $0.01 for your shares. After that is done, IF you're interested in buying shares in the company that would then hold the right to the patents, then you'd have to buy stock in that particular company. That's not a part of the immediate play.

please respond if you have any comments:

1. The buyout is for the technology/patents OR something else ?
2. Any affects to the sales/revenue for each coming quarter if the boughtout company had that exclusive technology producing as same products as THRRs'?
