This is all for education and hypotheticals as I try to figure out what's going on. (basically to continue the discussion with woody)

Perhaps they were there for the "investment banking firms, PIPE investors and individual investors" alone and not a reverse merger scenario- I agree that it would seem unlikely given the company's promising technology (less likely that this would simply be a shell, plus they don't even report to the SEC so the hassle of filing with them would still be there for the private company potentially using THRR.
