I agree with your assessment ... in general, and I take it your 10 million was just an example. ?

10 m would be chicken feed, imo.

I'm sure there will be/is a large spread between Deano retaining rights & relinquishing all but I've placed my bets in expectations of a helluva lot more than 10 m.

We'll see.
