I agree with your concern.I think like this!(hesg) said it would retire 2B shares .Right? Few day's later ST and TDA restricted (hesg).Right? Each (PR) that was put out after that (hesg) pps went down.Right? Now if you were a (CEO) would you put out anything until you new its what the shareholders and future investor were looking for? To make sure it draw intrest to move your pps in the right direction? And your right!Up until this point!It's a lotto play.Win or Lose ...Pateince and more Pateince..Win or Lose!
