A major big company ,, listed on a national exchange ,, in my opinion as an "ole" broker,,, would prefer having KATX uplist first,, showing their financials publically----and then do the JV with KATX---

It is very difficult for a "pinkie" to be credible,, when the credibility is based on "trust me" ----

I have been envolved and seen some beautiful companies never come to fruition just b/c of where they were NOT LISTED---on a national exchange

Remember, there never was a Prospectus for KATX,,, as they never IPO'd

Also, to you folks who are so prone to criticize ,, remember the above ---no IPO--- your money for shares goes to your broker---so you might ask him for information---or call the CEO and trust the information you are given.

This is a stock chat board----it is very nice that we have people who freely give of their time with no personal agendas ---and provide their knowledge about KATX,, at no cost to you---

This particular board is quite knoledgeably moderated and I personally feel that all the info posted is ethical---
