USTX is extremely undervalued and oversold as a clean shell company!
It has a perfect share structure (25M/22M shares AS/OS) for reverse-
merger or buy-out deal. VCTY with 888M/125M shares AS/OS had rally to 0.0265 from 0.0002. If you believe USTX is better than VCTY then
the price should hit $0.15 in the short term with any good news!
