There has been no news on Properties so far. Could it be that whoever is holding the Properties/ money from properties on CORS behalf is Mr. Big?. It may be prudent for CORS to never mention properties in its balance sheet and let it be "owned" by third party/Mr. Big to save them from FDIC claims?

Given the numbers, if we do have properties we don't need WL for $2-3 per share shareholder value. May be we do for $10-15 though :)
