R/S is reverse split. Let say you own 100 shares at 1 dollar per share and the company announces 10 to 1 reverse split. You will end up with 1000 shares and the price of each share is worth .10. You get more shares but your the price will drop at the same time. It will all come out the same. 100 shares x $1 = $100 1000 shares x .10 = $100.
