some of these guys are share shufflers..they shuffle shares to each other from one company to the other by using the shares in lue of payment for "consultant" fees..

then the other guy is free to sell into the market.

the SEC is just catching up to what most folks in the market already knew was going on... least the smarter folk. they had a huge bunch of folk riding their wave... but they never had the whole picture.. so the bagholders always were in their wake...

now its showtime... prosecutor is telling them .. show me what you got... and I will show you mine.
