Yes, Hooka, it is a necessary step to receive RFP's (request for proposals) that are sent out to everyone on the contractors list. LGTT will be competing with everyone else. Getting on the list does not guarantee contracts. No reason, IMO, to throw all kinds of money at it and go TO Da Moon and Weeeeeeee.

When they are awarded a contract, that will be noteworthy. Today, it's just fluff.....in any color.
