why is this company issuing stock while its putting out these news releases then? nothing pisses me off more than when i buy into a stock based on news and the next day find out the company issued another billion shares. If they were being bought out, there would be no need to issue new stock, they would get the same amount of money anyways, cause the more stock they issue the lower the agreed price per share a potenial acquirer would pay based on a valuation of the company's assets.
