I still think you are missing my point. That's one penny, total, for all the OS (not per share). That is how both PR's are worded.

Yesterday's PR: "all parties have agreed with the action of the board to consent to the sale for a price of $0.01 for all outstanding shares. "

Today's PR: "...party's have agreed to the offer price of $0.01 for any and all outstanding shares. "
