There has always been a large portion of people expecting it to get bought out.

I believe the 10 units per month number was what they could get to "in a short period of time" with ramping up production. The 2 per month is what they could currently produce, assuming nothing changes.

Anyone can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I got out of it.
