I don't disagree about your stance on a privately held patent
having value or that some private companies are bought at a large premium to aquire them.However,comparing this type of buyout to those is an apples to oranges comparison.

Like I said,never seen this type of senario on a pink have a happy ending,too many red flags already.However,there is always a first time,and I could be wrong.
