We're pretty much stuck until more news comes out either way. I just can't believe the EC has not even put out a PR yet or anything, ridiculous.

The one thing I still wonder is why Rosen did not mention equity on Friday, I guess he didn't have to, but why didn't he take the opportunity to trash us even more and say something like it will be cancelled in the reorg plan?
