Flying A applies to relist shares after CTOs revoked

2010-03-16 21:01 ET - News Release

Mr. Nash Meghji reports

REACTIVATION

Flying A Petroleum Ltd. has applied for orders unconditionally revoking the cease trade orders which had been issued against the company by the British Columbia and Alberta securities commissions, its first step toward the relisting of its common shares for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company has been advised that all cease trade orders have been removed. The company now plans to immediately apply for the relisting of its common shares for trading on the TSX-V. We seek Safe Harbor.

Hey, if they still have those Flying A shares, this changes the landscape considerably, if the pump sites become aware of this, a penny is a real possibility.

Ok, ok, now everybody don't faint all at once, ok ?
