The extra one billion shares are just a protection against a hostile takeover from some knuckle head with a million bucks who would gain controling interest in the company. Screw up all the trust Doug has worked for with the people and communities that have offered land for future earnings.

They (Sierra Leonians) welcome the potential SGC brings and they understand what's at stake. Who the hell are you to doubt them?
