Did I mention that 3,000,000,000 of those shares were to take advantage of a rare oppurtunity in Barbadoes that we now learn was only an experiment to perfect the plan to be used in T and T.It's rather complicated so you must close attenention' but if you don't it's all there in company PR's. Very imformative reading,
but then it wouldn't sell shares today. I'm gonna say JMO but some will know better
