I agree with you to a point, however if this is an accepted offer and the board agreed to the deal of .01 and I am wanting to sell my shares I would not take anything less than maybe 80%-90% of the agreed upon purchase price. Why would anyone sell for anything less than that? And if this were the case and sellers held their shares tight you would see this thing trading closer to .01, even out of the trips... But I guess everyone has their own exit stratagies.
