Sorry to be a buzz kill but this is like me saying that my gal and I agreed to sell my house for $$$, between ourselves. Now we were approached by someone interisted in buying before this but no one else knows if $$$ is what was offered, or if someone just told us they would by it if it was for sale. I do not see where it says both companies agreed on that price? I do not see in writing where a offer was made. I do see the chain of THRR events looking as if they knew this was a posability...and think/hope it is. If I missed something, let me know.

Oh yeah, "our house" before I get in trouble
