Would like to agree with you on that part of your post.

If you can set aside (for just a very short period of time) the Gene Newton puzzle piece and get past trying to force it/him into your partially assembled puzzle you might possibly start asking yourself, WHAT IF?

What if (I can hear the howls of NEVER already)even ONE of the MOU, JVs or partnerships that you mentioned (cpic/lakeside/evolotech/baida) announces a press release/web update a joint revenue producing event?

What if Gene Newton being on the IWS Board of Directors was a barrier/problem and his removal from that position now clears the way for an uplist/merger process to proceed?

What if RCCH stockholders own 30% of IWS (International Wastewater Systems, International Water Solutions)?

What if ghcnj's opinion is right/close and the EPA is not enabling RCCH to be the most elaborate con job he has ever seen in the pinks?

What if CPIC, NYU Poly or 2M Design have real business relationships with RCCH/IWS?

All IMHO of couse. Just thinking some of my "what ifs" out loud. Have fun tearing them apart as you wish. I only need one just one "what if" to make my wait worthwhile. Just like other LONGs here I am waiting to hear the outcome based on the sector.
