Yeah, it seems like people are itching to pull the trigger on the sell here just when things are starting to simmer. Pinkies go up, pinkies go down, right? I mean I guess most of those that are still in this can lock in approx. a 4x gain and really, who could blame them? I certainly don't. Heck, I am one of them. But if earnings are what they are expected to be, it is sort of counterintuitive to sell simply because you have a gain of "X" amount. Mathematics are on our side here and I believe something like 004-005 may prove to be a reasonably fair value for this company even if ZERO new developments take place (assuming no new shares hit the market). I don't know, it's a difficult decision but I for one am going to continue to hold until the mathematical inequities even out. G/L to everyone here, regardless of their own personal decisions!
