We have no reason to believe that the Eberle #1 has been sealed and no reason to believe the Operator is not in good standing as we explained in our last post. Our conclusion has been reached based on communications with the Operator and our own research. At this time management believes the next course of action is to complete the drilling into the Pecan Gap as planned most recently. Once management has an official update they will make a press announcement.
