The number of shares of Common Stock, $0.001 par value, outstanding on September 30, 2009, was 52,716,078.

Pretty sneaky trying to pawn off the difference in the float vs O/S. Sorry, but we arent falling for it.

Its a huge increase in the O/S. Nice try.
