Update:

Spoke with mngmnt again today. Friday meeting went well. New group also met with underwriter's attorneys today. Possible/probable(?) 8K/PR likely next week. Nothing 'concrete' yet though, from what I'm told.

It is my understanding however, that the 'new management team' should be well received, as in, having impressive credentials. While I could be wrong, my guess is this new 'group' will be more than just a marketing & managing entity, but will bring with them 'clout', so to speak. Possibly similar to the dif when DR first announced the LFG contract. Had that PR not actually had Dupont in it, the reaction and market acceptance would not have resulted in the multi-bagger that it ultimately did, in under 1 week.

My thoughts have been BSX, but I think this group is Texas-based, which BSX is not.
