FYI: Dear Students,
There's been so much buzz about alternative energy and resources lately that The Dean believes many people have neglected the power of smart energy. This is why The Dean thinks many people will be excited to learn about OCTI.

Octus, Inc. (OTC: OCTI.OB) develops, markets, and sells energy-efficient lighting and cooling solutions---a market estimated to rake in $50 billion annually.

In mid-December, OCTI announced a collaboration with Quantum Energy Solutions, a company which has executed more than $100 million in energy projects for brand name clients such as Bank of America (NYSE: BAC), Blockbuster (NYSE: BBI), Chevron (NYSE: CVX), Delta Airlines (NYSE: DAL), Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ), Pepsi (NYSE: PEP) and many more.

This collaboration with Quantum has secured OCTI 4 new energy projects so far, including lighting projects for a leading hospitality chain, retail shopping mall, church and school.

Besides the fact these projects result in an ROI of 53% to 93%, they prove that OCTI's services can be utilized by virtually anyone to save money on energy. In fact, The Dean thinks that increasing electricity prices could mean increased demand for OCTI's services.

What makes this even better is that these four projects alone are estimated to be worth more than $20 million.

And that's just a drop in the hat compared to the enormous potential for smart energy, due to these catalysts:

* $50 billion market for lighting and HVAC energy savings
* Government incentives and rebates, including a $37 billion stimulus
* More than $100 billion from U.S. government and utilities for smart grid development and investment

The Dean wants all of his students to do their homework for their chance to bank on some smart energy of their own.

Happy Trading, The Dean
