PEARL Asian Mining Industries, Inc.– ZNext Mining (Symbols: ZNXT/ ZNXPP) had been afflicted
by “Stock Bashers” on Stock chat websites who:

• Lied about our company
• Made slanderous remarks without foundation
• Used innuendos and scare tactics to frighten investors
• Tried to create doubts in our shareholder base
• Killed deals
• Questioned every actions we took
• Caused embarrassments for our business partners
• Hid behind numerous “aliases”
• Ruined our efforts to create a positive vision for our company
• Wasted our time and emotional energy
• Suspected that we are paid by naked short sellers
• Called us a liar when in fact that is what the “Bashers” are
• Spread malicious rumors
• Accused us of criminal behavior
• Encouraged people to call police and the SEC- (i.e. Former Officer and disgruntelled
employee Gary Gotanco became the informer by providing false information to the USA
SEC Allegations against the Company and the Founder)
• Engaged in personal attacks on us, our employees and the Founder
• Caused the deadly illness “stroke” to the Founder
• Tried to intimidate our investors
• Perpetrated false or hopelessly slanted media reports
• Bashed legitimate posters who supported our company
• Dominated the chat boards so the real news cannot be told

These known notorious bashers particularly “Janice Shell, Jim Bishop, Cat Eggman” (one of
the many basher’s name of Gary Gotanco), got worst that our company was taken by naked
short sellers’ company to the graveyard, like so many others. PEARL Asian Mining is fighting
back, by identifying the true identities of these “bashers”, do legal actions against them,
discredit them in the chat sites, decimate their numbers, and stop or reduce their attacks!

It is our legal right to protect our company, the Founder, its Employees and all the
Shareholders from Bashers’ defamation, their frauds, cyber stalking, computer crime,
